Cancellation policy

Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb and similar platforms are governed by those platforms' own cancellation policies, which vary, so please read them carefully before you book.

The policy below applies only to bookings made directly with us, through this website or by telephone.

We are a very small, family-run business, and we cannot absorb the cost of cancellations, particularly at short notice.

That said, we are human, so if something exceptional happens, such as a bereavement, serious illness or a major disaster, please contact us as soon as you can at cancellations@wessexboutique.co.uk.

We will consider every case individually and do what we reasonably can.
