Arrival

Check-in time is 16:00 (as late as you like after that)

Please notify us of your arrival time.

If we are at the house, we'll confirm, and we'll greet you at the front door.

If we are out, please use instructions below to enter the house. 

There are separate entries for the Main House (All Double/Twin, Deluxe Rooms) and for the Summertime Apartment. 

Please proceed to the Side entry from Morford Street to the door that has sign Guest Entry.

There is a code lock on the door (see picture 1).

1. Place your palm over the lock for 1 second and the numbers light up (see picture 2).

2. Enter your individual code, followed by an asterix (*).

3. Turn the knob and push the door.

The door is often tough and rigid - give her a push and a shove.

After you enter, please close the door tightly - a little slam will do.

You don't need to close any locks, as long as the top latch is engaged on the closed door.

Please proceed to your room - the same code opens your room.

Your room number and your code will be emailed to you on the day of arrival, after we reset them.

Important organisational matters

Please contact us if your arrival time is outside of our check-in time.

There is NO FRONT DESK, and our doors are locked at night.

If you are arriving late, please ensure you have the self-check-in instructions before arriving.

Our phone might not be answered late at night. If you have an early or late flight into Heathrow please consider booking a Heathrow hotel for your first night to make a more comfortable journey to Bath.

Cyclists

Apologies, but we do not have any cycling storage at the property.

We do not allow cycles inside the house for the obvious hygienic and aesthetic reasons.
